By placing an order with Arsenal Prime, you automatically accept our terms, conditions, and policies without exceptions. It is essential to understand these policies, confirm how they apply to your situation, and recognize whether your request will be accepted or rejected by our team.

Additionally, while our products are made with the strongest materials in the industry to offer a superior experience, they are not indestructible. Please refrain from subjecting them to "strength tests" like the ones in our advertisements just for fun. Doing so will disqualify you from any refund or replacement.

Every Arsenal Prime product comes with a 30-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE, meaning you are eligible for a full refund within this time frame from the date your package is delivered if the product did not meet your expectations.

FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR DISSATISFACTORY PRODUCTS:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, including damage or defects, you must return the product within 30 days of receipt. The cost of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the product's condition. The product must be returned, even if damaged, for the refund process to begin. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that failure to return the product will result in the cancellation of the refund process, and no exceptions will be made.

FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must meet the following conditions:

We only accept returns within the first 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, according to USPS tracking information.
The product must be returned, regardless of its condition or level of use. It is essential that the product is sent back to initiate the refund process.
All products and accessories included in your order must be returned. If anything is missing, we will deduct $10 from the refunded amount.
If you meet the conditions mentioned above, please contact our support team at info@arsenalprime.com with the subject: RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. Please attach any media (video or image) to confirm the product’s condition or show the issue you are facing, depending on your request. If you are eligible for a return, we will provide you with the warehouse address where you can ship the product via UPS, USPS, or any other courier of your choice.

Note: Be sure to include your order number or any other identifying information inside the package to avoid delays in processing your refund.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping labels, with no exceptions. We recommend shipping the product back in a small box or envelope to minimize shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days if the return is successfully approved.
Arsenal Prime Premium Care and Order Processing Priority are NOT refundable.
Express Shipping is NOT refundable.
After your return is confirmed, you will have only 7 calendar days to ship the product(s) back. If 7 days have passed, we will not process the return or refund.
If you request a return or refund after the stipulated period, or if you fail to meet and accept all conditions listed, your support ticket will be automatically closed, with no exceptions allowed.

ARSENAL PRIME LIFETIME WARRANTY:

We are committed to delivering not only durable products but also peace of mind. That's why every Arsenal Prime product comes with a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in our products.

Warranty Period:
The Lifetime Warranty is valid for two years from the delivery date, reflecting the expected life cycle of our products and providing full support when needed.

Coverage:
This warranty covers any software malfunctions or manufacturing defects. If your product doesn’t perform as expected due to a factory issue, we are here to help.

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover physical abuse or accidental damage, such as scratches, drops, or breakages. Lost, stolen, or discarded products are also not covered. Please handle your Arsenal Prime products with care, as these damages are outside our warranty's scope.

Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, email info@arsenalprime.com with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and any relevant details. If your claim is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please ship it within 72 hours for faster support.

Once we receive and inspect the defective product, a new item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.

Note: If you ship the product without notifying us first, it will be automatically disposed of. No exceptions will be made.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it by emailing info@arsenalprime.com with the subject: CANCEL + ORDER NUMBER. If more than 60 minutes have passed, we will be unable to cancel the order due to our processing speed, and it will be shipped automatically.

FOR RETURNED TO SENDER AND REFUSED PACKAGES:

If your package is returned to us, you will be eligible for either reshipment at no cost or a full refund.
